Yes. The free plan has no expiry date. You only need to upgrade if you want the AI receptionist, SMS reminders, Google Calendar sync, analytics, or to remove Calenxa branding from your pages.
When the AI receptionist answers a call on your behalf, you are charged $0.29 per minute for the duration of that call. These usage charges are billed monthly on top of your $229 Pro subscription. There is no minimum usage — you only pay for calls that actually happen.
No. If no calls come in that month, you pay only your $229 subscription. Usage charges only apply when the AI receptionist actually handles a call.
Yes. You can cancel anytime from your dashboard with no cancellation fees. Your Pro features remain active until the end of your current billing period.
Yes. We offer a full refund on your Pro subscription within 14 days of your first payment. AI calling usage charges are non-refundable as they are passed directly to the carrier. See our Privacy Policy for full details.
Your bookings, clients, and settings are preserved when you downgrade to Free. If you delete your account entirely, all data is permanently removed immediately. See our Privacy Policy for full details.
Yes. All payments are processed securely through Stripe. Calenxa never stores your card details. Stripe is certified to PCI DSS Level 1 — the highest level of payment security.

Log into your Calenxa dashboard, go to Settings, and click Upgrade to Pro. Your Pro features activate immediately after payment. If you need help, contact our support team and we will assist you.
