Your booking page

From your dashboard go to Customization. You can upload a profile photo and cover image, set your brand color, add a tagline, and choose your page template. Every change updates your live booking page instantly.
Your slug is your unique booking URL. For example if your slug is robin, your booking page lives at calenxa.com/book/robin. Choose something short and professional — your name or business name works best. You can update it anytime from your dashboard.
Yes. Create as many event types as you need — a 15-minute discovery call, a 60-minute consultation, an in-person appointment. Each event type gets its own shareable link and can have its own duration, description, and availability settings.
From your dashboard go to Share and Embed. Copy the one-line iframe code and paste it into any website — WordPress, Webflow, Wix, Squarespace, or custom HTML. It loads fast and looks native on every screen size. See the full embed feature for details.
Yes. From your dashboard go to Share and Embed. Your QR code is automatically generated and ready to download. Print it on business cards, flyers, or anywhere clients might see it.
Yes. From your dashboard go to Availability. You can block individual dates, set recurring unavailable times, and add buffer time between appointments so you are never double booked.

AI receptionist

When a client calls your Calenxa phone number and you are unavailable, the AI receptionist answers the call, has a natural conversation with the caller, understands what they need, and books the appointment directly into your calendar. No voicemail, no missed revenue, no action required from you.
The AI receptionist is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. It answers every call you miss — whether you are with another client, sleeping, or simply busy. It never takes a day off and never puts a caller on hold.
AI calling is included in the Pro plan at $229 per month. Usage is charged at $0.29 per minute for the duration of each call handled by the AI receptionist. There is no monthly minimum — you only pay for calls that actually happen. Full pricing details on our pricing page.
No. If no calls come in during a month, you pay only your $229 Pro subscription. Usage charges only apply when the AI receptionist actually handles a call on your behalf.
The AI receptionist is designed to handle booking requests. If a caller has a complex enquiry that requires a human, the AI will let them know you will follow up and captures their details so you can call back.
When you activate the AI receptionist on your Pro plan, Calenxa provisions a dedicated phone number for your account. You share this number with clients — it appears on your booking page and in your dashboard.
The AI receptionist is built for appointment booking, not emergency dispatch. For any business that handles genuine emergencies, we recommend keeping a separate emergency line. Contact us if you have specific requirements.

Billing and plans

The free plan is always free with no billing. Pro is billed monthly at $229. AI calling usage charges are calculated at the end of each month and added to your next invoice. You can view your usage and billing history in your dashboard under Settings.
Yes. Cancel anytime from your dashboard under Settings with no cancellation fees. Your Pro features stay active until the end of your current billing period. After that your account moves to the free plan and all your data is preserved.
Yes. We offer a full refund on your Pro subscription within 14 days of your first payment. AI calling usage charges are non-refundable as they are passed directly to the carrier. See our Privacy Policy for full details.
Yes. All payments are processed securely through Stripe — certified to PCI DSS Level 1, the highest level of payment security. Calenxa never stores your card details.
All your bookings, clients, and settings are preserved when you downgrade to the free plan. If you delete your account entirely, all data is permanently and immediately removed. See our Privacy Policy for full details.
We do not have a formal discount programme but consider requests on a case-by-case basis. Reach out via our contact page and tell us about your situation.

For your clients

Never. Clients simply visit your booking link, pick a time that works for them, and enter their name and email. No account, no download, no friction.
The moment a booking is confirmed, your client receives an instant email with the date, time, meeting details, and a one-click cancellation link. The email is branded with your name so it looks like it came from your business.
Yes. Every confirmation email includes a unique cancellation link. Clients can cancel with one click — no account needed, no need to contact you directly.
Calenxa automatically detects your client's local timezone and displays your availability in their time. No confusion, no missed appointments due to timezone errors.
Email reminders are available on all plans. SMS reminders are available on the Pro plan and are sent automatically before each appointment, significantly reducing no-shows. See all features for details.

Privacy and security

Yes. We use Supabase with row-level security — your data is completely isolated and cannot be accessed by other users. All data is encrypted in transit and at rest. See our Privacy Policy for full details.
Never. We do not sell, rent, or share your data or your clients' data with any third party. Your data belongs to you. See our Privacy Policy.
Go to your dashboard, click Settings, scroll to the bottom, and click Delete account. All your data — bookings, clients, settings — is permanently and immediately removed. This action cannot be undone.
Calenxa stores only the information your clients provide when booking — their name, email address, and appointment details. We never collect payment information from your clients and never contact them for any marketing purpose.
All payments are processed through Stripe. Neither Calenxa nor your clients' payment details are ever stored on our servers. Stripe handles all card data under PCI DSS Level 1 compliance — the highest security standard available.
